Yummy Sweet Raw Flax Balls

One cup of almond butter
1/2 cup ( or more) of ground flax seed
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
Mix almond butter and ground flax together.
Add nut mixture and dried cranberries.
If needed add more flax to hold mixture firmly together.
Mix into small round balls and roll in coconut.
Best kept in the freezer and brought out when needed.
*Any mixture of nuts and or raisins may be used in this recipe, example, walnuts, slivered almond pieces etc.......
A very healthy way to soothe your " sweet tooth"!
