Indonesian Zucchini Pasta

Pasta:
2 zucchini spiralized (all sorts of u tube videos available on this)
1 cup lentil sprouts and/or mung beans
1 roasted red pepper-thinly sliced

Pasta Marinade:
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp bragss soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Marinate pasta for 20 mins or even overnight

Pasta sauce:
2 tbsp raw almond butter
2 tbsp raw peanut butter
1 tsp fresh ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp agave nectar
1 tbsp bragss soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Combine in Blender and serve over pasta. Makes two servings.
