2 frozen bannana's

First add the fruit, followed by the greens and bee pollen, next add the spring water, turn on blender, blend till fully mixed. Pour in glass and enjoy.

1 handful of baby spinach
2 stalks of celery
2 bananas
2 pears
1 apple
