Healthy Fruit Roll Ups

These fruit roll ups give you a whole new twist on taste! Made with 100% fruit, with no additives, this tasty snack will soon become your families favourite as well. I make these for my husband and I, but mostly enjoy serving them to my two wee grandsons. I know what I am giving them is true wholesome foods from nature without comprimising the taste.

Recipe For Pineapple Roll Ups

Pineapple Fruit Roll ups
    one whole pineapple ( process in food processor)

    1-2 tsp of pure maple syrup or honey ( optional)

Spread mixture on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate for 4-6 hours

Remove from hydrator and roll up snacks and store in air tight container

Recipe For Apple Roll Ups

    4 Organic Apples ( process in blender or food processor)

    1-2 tsp. honey or maple syrup

    1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix the above ingredients together and spread on dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate for 4-6 hours. Roll up snacks and store in air tight container
