Why eat raw? For one thing you will instantly start to have amazing mental clarity, renewed energy, weight loss and so much more. The health benefits when you begin to change your diet to include raw foods are astonishing. You begin to feel extremely energized. A raw food program is easier on your digestive tract as well. As foods digest very well this way, compared to those food that are cooked.

You will see changes to your body as you stay focused on raw eating. You will naturally begin to eat less, due to the large number of nutrients in the raw foods. Your body will not feel as hungry as when you were eating cooked foods, thus the temptation to overeat will not be as prevalent. Your body will begin to stabilize itself, and become stronger, you will stay vital as you age. You will notice a difference in your skin and will begin to have a “glow” to it, and lastly you will begin to feel physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally better overall!

Science has proven that cooking foods destroys the enzymes and nutrition value of our foods. But also chemically changes foods from the substances needed for health, to the free radicals and poisons that destroy our health!
