AUTHENTIC HUMMUS RECIPE

Hummus is the world's favourite vegetable protein source. You can make it in your own kitchen in 4 minutes (if you have the soaked, cooked garbanzo beans) from beans, olive oil, lemon, parsley and tahini. So easy, I even have it for breakfast, then I'm not famished at 11 o'clock.
